LeBEBE JEWELRY RETURN POLICY

 

LeBebe Jewelry (RC Luxury Group) is committed to making your shopping experience a success and accepts returns of unworn, un-engraved and un-customized merchandise for all domestic orders less than $700 (seven hundred dollars) for up to 10 days from date of receipt (the day your order is delivered) for a full refund minus the cost of shipment to you.

In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. 

If an order exceeds $700 (seven hundred dollars), you can return it for a store credit as long as the item/s are unworn, un-engraved and un-customized and returned within 10 days from date of receipt (the day your order is delivered).


Making a Return and/or Exchange must be made within the guidelines of our Return Policy.
 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

For all returns and exchanges, please contact us at lebebemiami@gmail.com with a detailed description of what you want to return or exchange plus your order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours, during our normal business hours. If you would prefer for us to contact you via phone, please provide a phone number where we can reach you.  

We will provide you with a return authorization number and information on how to return your merchandize.

ONLY ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FROM US, DETAILS FOR YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT WILL BE AS FOLLOWS: 

SHIP BACK WITH A TRACKING NUMBER. It’s necessary that you use a shipper who provides a tracking number so you can track your shipment. For your protection, we suggest that you insure the package as well.

Please be sure to retain this tracking number for your records and please provide us with the tracking information via email to lebebemiami@gmail.com

LeBebe Jewelry (RC Luxury Group) is not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-trackable carrier.

When processing your return we will refund the form of payment that was used to place the original order.

Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

 

PERSONALIZED & CUSTOMIZED ITEMS RETURN POLICY

Kindly note that engraved and/or customized (meaning that a piece of jewelry has  been especially altered as per the request of the client, be it for size or for design) items are considered final sale. No returns or exchanges accepted.
